Prior to Marcus arriving in the role of <e.law>'s Business Development Manager, he spent several years managing legal support services projects for both large litigation matters and commercial projects at one of Australia’s largest law firms.

Marcus has extensive experience in the development and provision of document management services, from e.discovery to on-line deal rooms and possesses an intimate understanding of the requirements for setting up and implementing large scale litigious and commercial projects. From his experience at the “coal face”, he understands the need for efficient and cost-effective solutions and most importantly, how to achieve them. He has a strong client focus and is an excellent communicator.

Marcus also has extensive experience in the management of small and large scale commercial litigation matters from their inception (document collection, culling, collation and processing of both hard copy and electronic materials), through the discovery process (document filtering, searching and preparation of documents and data for exchange between parties), to the preparation and presentation of evidence in court.

Marcus’ project management experience, coupled with his strong interpersonal skills, ensure that client expectations are met and that projects are delivered accurately, on time and within budget.
