Keri Hughes, Bureau Manager Melbourne
Keri has worked in the legal profession for over 20 years in all areas of law for both large law firms, 13 years for Australia’s largest law firm, and for medium and top tier law firms both in Melbourne and in Sydney.
Keri has gained extensive experience and expertise in managing document management processes deployed on large litigation and commercial cases. Keri has established effective and cost efficient systems to manage large teams of staff, and robust quality assurance processes. This includes constant liaison with clients both prior and during projects, customising databases and procedure manuals, developing protocols and providing training for clients and staff both onsite and off.
Working on several concurrent large-scale litigation and arbitration matters, Keri has recruited and trained teams of up to 60 staff. Keri is adept at managing multiple projects, and meeting all client and court deadlines, and expectations.
Keri has been a member of the <e.law> team for 5 years, commencing during <e.law’s> work with the Royal Commission into the Building & Construction Industry. Since that time she has been instrumental in the recruitment and training of all the Melbourne <e.law> team including both Bureau Managers in our Sydney and Perth Offices.
