Since taking the position of
Sydney Bureau Manager in 2006 Helen has focused on customer satisfaction and
quality control, and she offers 20 years experience in management and
customer service.
A vast career has seen Helen go from managing her own business to managing
an Aged Care facility which also involved developing and the implementation
of policies and procedures for Accreditation, and later becoming General
Manager of one of Sydney largest hotels.
With a hands on approach, Helen has a proven track record in project
management, with attention to detail and a high level of client
satisfaction.
In addition to her project management role, Helen has also been responsible
for recruitment and has employed in excess of 200 new staff members for <e.law>'s
Special Projects division.
