Idoport v. National Australia Bank, Supreme Court of NSW

In April 2000, <e.law> was appointed by the Supreme Court of New South Wales to act as project manager for the hearing of the Idoport Case, which is continuing to be heard in Tech Court 12A in the Supreme Court of NSW. In that case, <e.law>:
  • Re-processed all of the court book material for both parties, and the court, and re-indexed documents so each page contained a new court book number; this was done by electronically stamping each page with a unique court book ID
  • Undertook sophisticated data manipulation in order to ensure data could be used by the Court and also to provide useable data back to the parties
  • Inserted hypertext links from the Witness Statements to documents on the electronic court book
  • Maintained the court book ensuring it was up to date with new exhibits and documents on a daily basis
  • Provided general IT support and maintenance for the parties and the court as required.
