- Assisting the Supreme Court of NSW to set-up and design the fit-out of Tech Court 10A, which was used for the hearing of the Inquiry
- Liaising with various external contractors for video distribution, cabling, hardware and software
- Provision of court operator
- Co-ordinating the imaging and data entry of objective data for over 15,000 documents
- Providing full time project managers for the Commission as well as the Supreme Court for the duration of the Inquiry
- Performing daily imports/export into and out of the Commission's CaseBook and the Court's CourtBook software
- Provision of reports to the Commission as required
- Training of the judge, the parties and the Commission staff
- Acting as media liaison on behalf of the Commission
- Implementing rigid document tracking methodologies
